Add a separate security toggle for Webinars

Currently webinar sessions security options such as "Restrict the viewing of recording to signed in users" are determined by whether the Meeting Center toggle in Control hub security section is enabled or disabled as Meeting center includes Meeting, PMR and Webinars sessions, though giving that webinars are usually conducted for organizational external users and includes external facing information unlike PMRs and normal meeting which mostly only include internal users and the subject of these meetings might be sensitive, it would be more appropriate to have a separate toggle to control the security options for webinars.

    Highly agree with this request. As seen in the description, Webinars tend to be used for seminars with external participants, the restricting menu of viewing recordings should be separated from "Meetings" and merged to "Events" or have another dedicated menu like "Webinars".
