Need speaker icon besides Mic icon in Android Phone app

-User informed that he is not able to use speakers on Android phone.

-User is using Samsung S20 and had hard time hearing the host in last meeting.

-Informed user to click on the Bluetooth icon to toggle the option.

-User clicked on the "Bluetooth" icon on top right and changed the setting "Phone" to "Speaker"

-User was able to hear me properly and suggested to put speaker icon beside Mic icon at the bottom.

-It is not convenient for first time users to switch to Speakers from down bottom.

-A new user cannot speculate that they need to switch to speakers from "Bluetooth" icon.
