Option to Allow only Primary Host (Meeting Scheduler/Facilitator) to End Meeting

Currently, any cohost can end a meeting whether on purpose or accidentally. Would like this to be an option as the cohost may not realize that the primary host needs to gather data such as chat content before the meeting is ended.
