Webex Chat ability to copy time/date when copying messages

With 42.6, is it no longer possible to highlight multiple messages in the Webex app to paste into another system for record-keeping or reference. Per Cisco, this is by design. Now, users can click a message, then hold control, click additional messages, and then copy/paste the specified messages.

However, the data pasted has no date/time information, making it less useful for recordkeeping.

Either return the option to highlight multiple messages, or add date/time information to formatted copy/paste.

    Admin response

The timestamp was removed by design based on feebdack, We now understand that this was the wrong decision and have added back to the timestamp. This will be available in 42.7

I Love that this is back, and click/shift selection is working as well!

ADMIN: Will you be also allowing the ability to click/scroll to highlight multiple messages? I see that CTRL/Click allows selection, but sometimes we need a large section. Can you allow both options when you make this correction?

Please return the option to highlight multiple messages, or add date/time information to formatted copy/paste.
