Allow multiple locations to use the same main number, for Webex Calling

Often, we may have to define separate "locations" on Webex Control Hub, for the same facility/office. For example, I have two different sets of prefixes for a location. Since each location can only have one prefix, one way to support the two different sets of prefixes is by defining two different locations (e.g. LondonOffice1, LondonOffice2). In such cases, we may have same the main number for the two locations. However, Cisco does NOT permit assigning the same main number for multiple locations.

Allowing us to use the same main number for the two locations will give us the flexibility to define multiple locations for the same physical location/site.
