Enable iPads to enter Practice Session as Panelists on WebEx Events

We are in a mobile first world, executives and other speakers are using iPad more and more and join as panelists. While they can join as panelists, iPads are not allowed into the practice session

    Yes, Webex this is a necessity. Mobile panelist need to have the same capabilities as a panelist joining from his PC/MAC. Please fix this!

    We've recently hosted an event where a panelist joined over iPhone during the practice session. His audio could be heard by attendees but not by the host or other panelists. Also, he was presented with an on-screen message reading "video is not enabled for this event" which lead to confusion and frustration as we all can imagine
