Administer Voicemail within Webex

Unable to see any administrative details on a users voicemail box (Message Storage) such as:

  • See how many messages are within a box.

  • Last login (if messages not forwarded)

  • Not able to restore a message if accidentally deleted.

At present, only able to reset PIN and specify notifications


I am currently migrating from Nortel with Call Pilot. Been managing these features since 2008
