Ability for any participant (not the host) to turn off live video during meeting (just for their client UI only) for only one or more select participants

Individual participants (not the host) in any given meeting can only turn off/on live video for everyone (and impacting just their client UI view only, of course) but not instead just for select people only. It would be amazing if any participant going forward can turn off live video on a "per person" basis (again, just for their client UI view only -- does not impact others for their existing UI view).
