When webex calls a number and the sip session progress response (183) is populated with another identity Webex will use that the PAI in that response. This is in many cases unwanted because clearly you already know the dialed number. Now in the dialing history the PAI is stored instead of the dialed number making it impossible to call that number again from de dial history.
This is only applicable to local call history. The Webex apps should be using unified call history.
