Add call control (Hold/Forward/Conference) to multitask window in Webex

When you click away from the main Webex screen on your pc while you have an active call, the multitask screen appears.

This idea is to add hold/transfer/conference call control options into the Webex multi-task window for efficient call handling while working on other applications.

If users are doing a lot of calling while multi-tasking, they should use the Multi-Call Window.
