Dutch Dialplan: Separate 0909 and 0906 from Premiumservices II

In the dutch dialplan 0900, 0906 and 0909 are all part of Premiumservices II. Please take 0906 and 0909 out and place them in an separate Type (Premiumservices III).

In the Netherlands it is quite normal for users to call 0900 numbers but 0909 and 0906 should be blocked.

There is no plan to implement any Premiumservices III
