Much like how the mute function works within Webex Meetings. Where the host can lock all participants mic's and prevent them from unmuting, unless the host does it. Can the same be done for video. At the moment the host can stop a participants video, but the participant can then start it up again.

This isn't helpful if the participant is doing something on camera they shouldn't be, yet you don't want to kick them out the meeting. It would give the host control over who can present themselves in the meeting.
