Support background updates on iOS

The Webex iOS app doesn't appear to update when it is in the background. This means that badging for new messages is not accurate. It also means that when I do launch the app I get the message "Catching up..." while it syncs the lastest data.



Expectation is that it updates in the background and I always see the latests messages and new message badge is accurate.

    Notice this, too. Really annoying.

    When opening the App all messages are read, cause I've done before on another device.
