Raise Hand button on Video Endpoints

Participants from desktop and mobile clients can raise there hand in meetings, but bideo systems are unable to. This would be a very useful feature for those joining from meeting room systems and personal devices. Please add a Raise Hand button to the control interface of a webex room system
