CUCM Self Care Portal - reorder speed dials with drag/drop

We converted 100+ employees from another platform onto Cisco phones recently. They are trying to change the order of their speed dials in the Self Care Portal. This is possible by repeatedly editing the digits in the Speed Dial field and saving. This is serviceable but clunky. Please update the Self Care page so that customers can reorder speed dials by dragging & dropping the entries into the desired order, then click Save to apply. This would be intuitive and much more efficient.

Second improvement: the labels of the speed dial fields should be updated to eliminate confusion.

  • Number/URI should be called Phone Number/URI

  • Label is good

  • Speed Dial should be Position or Order
