Customer wants to have the calls with no media reports in CH

By initial design, wxc troubleshooting is focusing on media quality troubleshooting, so at least one of the two calling parties should have media quality report. In case, there are no media reports sent due to some reasons, so the calls are not showed on CH.

    Hi Shane,

    Thanks you for your feedback, I've been tracking this case for a while Internally in Cisco , we also reported when calls are having some issues (in signalling) it will prevent that show the media statistics, for our customer is important also have the media reports doesn't matter if the calls are having signaling problem. and not only has the call showed in CH without media information, can you please help us to know if this will also will be resolved next quarter?

    We are working on enhancements to the troubleshooting view to highlight when no media was detected between devices and the cloud. You will be able to visualise no media scenarios through Control Hub. These are expected in the next quarter.
