Hide notifications in Webex meetings when sharing screen

Add an option to hide the notifications that appear when sharing content in Webex as below:

1. The notification that someone is controlling the screen when remote control is enabled.

2. The notification when sharing content using Optimize for Motion & Video that the screen texts will not be readable.
