Include BC_worksapces as well as Cisco MPP devices in API calls

I want to request to inlude the bc_workspace in public API as well as Cisco MPP devices under devices endpoint.

    Unrelated to workspace type, MPP and RoomOS devices will be supported via a Device API targeting FY23 Q1. Please visit the Collaboration roadmap on SalesConnect for more information. You can find additional information on Webex Calling Coming Soon as the release date approaches.
