Short cut to edit previous message on Desktop Webex app

In other programs you can quickly bring up the last message you typed by using the up arrow. For example if you use the up arrow on Desktop you can edit the last messaged you typed.

This FR would be very handy if you are using a bot for example and you keep making mistakes and you keep getting the command wrong. Or another example if you want to quickly correct a typo before anyone notices. Just think of the amount of times the edit button is used by users

All you would need to do is hit the up arrow, edit the message and hit return. No interaction whatsoever with the mouse.

Otherwise I need to use the mouse, right click on the message, click 'edit the message', make the change and hit return.

I think the short cut could increase user experience as people make mistakes all the time.
