Have a standalone Webex uninstaller that completely removes all Webex and related files from computer

Please consider offering a standalone Webex uninstaller similar to the versions for Webex Meetings to allow users to completely uninstall all related Teams component files and reg keys from the computer.

    Still in the discovery phase, but this is planned for 2023.

    We need the uninstaller to search for all instances of the Webex app and Spark Services under C:\Program Files as well as in the \AppData\ folders.
