Add flagged message icon to Webex App spaces names to keep track of follow-ups

We like the ability to flag important messages in Webex App. We know that we can see flagged messages in the filter.

We also like the new feature to help get back to your drafts where an icon is shown in the space name to show when there is an unsent draft.

To help keep track of flagged messages, we suggest adding an icon to the space name to indicate whenever a one or more flagged messages exists in the space.
