I think it would be a good idea to have this option defaulted to "On" instead of "Off". Right now, users have to activate this option manually. I think having it defaulted to "On" so that the link for any meeting recording is automatically emailed out to all meeting participants can save a lot of time for the meeting organizer from having to do it manually. With this option set to "On," remembering to email the recording session link to all participants would be one less item the meeting organizer has to do whenever they have recorded a meeting session. Additionally, it would reduce meeting participants requesting the recording link because it would be already done automatically.
