Add shift hours calendar view in webex chat/teams so you can see on shift and off shift times.

In teams there is a big blank area next to persons names that could show their calendar and shift times. It doesn't necessarily need to integrate with anything just a way to show others when you are on shift and lr off shift. Kind of like free/busy in outlook but availble all the time and easy to for the individual to adjust for things like PTO or out of office.
