Request for edit system files on a per-device basis to restrict file sharing in Messaging

Webex Meetings collaboration restrictions can be applied by editing system files on a per-device basis

However, the ability to limit file sharing in Messaging does not allow customers to edit system files and apply settings on a per-device basis.

Customers want to be able to do this in Messaging
