Account level webhooks for telephony

Currently webhooks for telephony call events (like ringing, answered, disconnected, etc...) are documented as available at the extension level. In order to get a full view of the account, I would like to be able to set "ownedBy" to "org" when creating these webhooks. This feature is already available for meetings, recordings, meetingParticipants and meetingTranscripts. My request is that this gets updated to include telephony call events as well.

    The issue is also that you need to create the webhook at extension level - an org admin cannot create the webhook for another extension

    This is to provide a wide range of 3rd party apps with realtime dashboards without use of the older XSI style API. Consensus seems that 5m is a bit long..

    If the use case behind this ask is specifically for pulling call details more frequently than daily, the Detailed Call History API allows you to pull down details of calls made after 5 minutes. You do not have to wait a day for call records.

    Having the ability to get org-wide telephony notifications would allow a workaround to not being able to get call data until the next day. A big pitfall of this is not being able to retrieve real-time data.

    This is a feature we have asked about many times. Hopefully, it gets on your roadmap soon. We need to be able to create custom dashboards for Webex Calling customers.
