WxCC combine Not Ready state and Reason display

Supervisors monitoring agent status currently have to have two windows open in order to view Agent status is Not Ready in one window, while the NR Reason is only shown in a separate window.
Not Ready reason selected should be adjacent/combined with the Not Ready state shown per agent.
