Add text in the Outlook location field using Productivity Tools

Every other internet video application adds text in the location field eg BlueJeans URL, Microsoft Teams Meeting , Zoom URL. Webex Meetings adds nothing. Therefore when creating an invite and sending it using the Outlook integration users are prompted to add a location. This is even more frustrating when working from home. Can you add, or make it possible to add in the Admin Hub a default text (e.g., "Webex Meeting" or the URL for the join button).

Some staff use the @meet (Teams) or @Webex(PMR) but there is no @for webex general meeting.

    Admin response

We have added the Join URL to the Location field now, but we believe your real question is how do I disable the warning pop-up when a user leaves the Location field blank while sending a meeting invitation. There are several solutions to resolve if you search for Disabling the Send without a Location Prompt.

When raising this change please adjust the process in the Productivity tool and consider the user experience and process. eg if you enable an auto populate on send that still means when I hit send with nothing in the location field that I will be prompted by Outlook.

    BU Team,

we have this ability from Webex Teams and it will be great to have this for Webex Meeting as well.

Currently, I need to remember and manually type in "Webex" in the location field before sending the invite. This should be configurable to a user's settings to be able to default the text in the "location" field in an Outlook invite each time I select the "add Webex" for the meeting invite.
