Add ability to scroll through particpant filmstrip in mobile SDKs

For iOS/Android SDKs if we schedule a meeting with let's say 10 participants and the number of participants exceeds the width of the screen the filmstrip does not show horizontal scroll bar for participant view. This request is to add the ability to scroll through the filmstrip.
