folders for chats

How about folders to sort my chat-contacts?

Now it´s just a long list which sorts dynamically based on last contact.
It may be useful for some users to be able to sort those chats into folders.
perhaps like:

Marketing / Europe
_________ / Asia
_________ / Africa

or

Product A / Marketing
________/ Development
________/ Legal
