When an Integration(OAuth) access is restricted in Control Hub notify the Admin when one of their users attempt to authorize the integration.

Developers are concerned that adoption of their Webex Integration will be limitedif the Administrators are not aware of their users attempt to use the Webex Integration(OAuth).

They would like to have the Admin receive an automatic notification (email) so that they can grant access/gauge interest in a specific integration.
