  • Metrics by Call Type

    • We should be able to report on time spent in different call types

      • Cisco Webex Meetings

      • Webex Calls (1:1 / ad-hoc directory calls)

      • Webex Calling (PSTN) calls

      • Microsoft Teams

      • Zoom

      • Google Meet

      • etc.

    Administrators should be aware on how many Zoom Calls or Google Meets a certain organization has made during a window.
