When a user is invited for a recurring meeting, he has the option to decline it in Outlook. When declined the meeting is removed from the Outlook calendar only, and remains visible in the Webex site and Webex app. When it is time for the meeting the user gets a pop up to join this meeting. Basically, it is not possible to give up a recurring meeting this is a meeting limitation, the only workaround for that is to be removed from the host of the meeting.
