Currently there is only the ability to hard kick (ban) a participant, meaning that the host can force them to disconnect from the meeting. The reason I call it "hard kick" or a ban is becasue the process leaves a cookie behind which prevents the user from re-joining the meeting. I propose that a kick should be a temporary circumstance. For example, if a participant joins too early or is having hardware issues that are disruptive to the meeting the host can kick them out and continue with the meeting. The participant can remedy their issue and rejoin the meeting when they are ready (or at the proper time).
