When testing the new spaces experience and when in a PMR, it became apparent that if someone was sharing a 4K screen that the participants could not see it very clearly.
After some back and forth we found out that there was an option to increase the share quality to UHD but it was not something that could be done by partner org or customer org admins and has to be enabled via a ticket in to TAC.
As such we have had to ask for 50+ sites to be enabled for this, however, once the new spaces experience goes GA all of these will need to done as well. This doesn't seem to be a very good use of TAC time for Cisco or us as a partner.
Please make it so that the partner org and customer org admins can go to the site settings in Control Hub and enable this themselves. We realise that if they have the cloud recording option this will greatly increase the per meeting storage requirement, but that option should be presented to the customer so that they can choose to do this if they wish.
Also worth noting that without this option then customers will receive a sub-par experience when sharing, which will ultimately drive customers elsewhere.
