Add Hourly Usage Activity Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to Analytics in Control Hub

Add an hourly view of usage activity for Meetings and Messaging with weekly and monthly rollups.

Example: being able to see average hourly usage broken down by activity per hour (12am -11pm) for the month of July and being able to compare that to June and so on. This would be helpful to have insight into working patterns and hours of highest and lowest engagement trends pre and post COVID
