Allow subject field to be customized when original Enterprise ID is no longer legally usable

We have a customer that has legally changed their name and the Enterprise ID (created years ago) is pulling into their Webex activation emails. This needs to be the current profile name in the Control Hub so it can be sent out business wide for self migration.
