Our organization is structured so that attorneys are supported by multiple assistants. These teams can be large, some have 25+ users supporting an attorney. As assistants are hired or move around teams, it becomes a recurring chore for the attorney to log in to the Webex portal and update the delegate list. The ability to schedule a daily file that maps out delegates for users in the system would allow admins to maintain this behind the scenes.
Hi Derrick - Is the assistant scheduling meetings on behalf of an Attorney ( Scheduling Privileges )? , acting as co-host in a meeting ? or both ?
