Caller ID Number Out of WebEx Calling Numbers List

for call center type environment where users don't want to show their direct line as a caller id number but want to show their call center toll free line as a caller id number

    Hi Haseeb, I assumed that the ask is for Webex Calling - Call Queues as the request is raised on Webex Calling. If the request is for Webex CC then my comment wasn't appropriate. Please confirm which solution the ask is for.

    The ability for an agent to select the call queue CLID for outgoing calls is a planned feature on the roadmap. It is currently in beta with FAC codes and will eventually be available as an app feature as well.
