Error while creating an account by provisioning from AD for an user who has an existing free account.

As of now whenever an Admin tries to provision a user account from any AD, wherein the user has an existing free account, AD gives an error: “failed to create people”, it would be rather understandable for the Admin if the error would be: “A free Webex account for this user already exists and must be deleted before the account may be provisioned via SCIM”.
