Ability to change the resolution of NBR

Ability to change the resolution of NBR recording natively from Webex app for the recording to be generated in 720p /360p instead of the standard 1080p

The ability for end users to select a resolution for their recording to be generated in instead of the current 1080p standard by specifying it from the recording tab preferences tab.
