Links for a Webinar should decide the role for the participants

The current behavior is when you schedule a Webinar, there are links for attendees and panelists, however, no matter which one you use if the email address is not added in the panelists field in the event settings, the participant will always be an attendee.


Changing the expected to the role being decided from the link would be more convenient.
