Back/forward buttons on mouse

On top of Webex interface, there's a back/forward button. In some apps, like Chrome, couple of IDE's etc there is a way to use mouse button which is equipped in back/forward buttons to navigate, but it doesn't work on Webex.

I would like to request this feature.
