Google Drive Click Through Experience

Today, we use Googles Context Aware Access to secure our Google Drive documents. When we click on them in Webex, they open in a Webex Preview window. This window uses an internal browser and will not provide the proper security credentials to Google to allow access unless someone is on VPN. Our recommendation is to allow the option to automatically open the default browser (Chrome in our case) which would allow access to the documents instead of the preview window. This would allow this functionality to work on and off VPN. Clicking the "link" allows you to paste it into the correct browser, so this would be an option when double-clicking the document to open in Chrome automatically.

We now have an 'Open in Browser' button on the embedded window where the file opens. Users can click that to open in their system browser.

Using an embedded browser won't allow the best user experience for Google Docs and Google Sheets, etc....
