Accented Characters as Normal Characters in Search Boxes

When searching for someone inside the main [Search, meet, and call] search box, if they have an accented character in their name, i.e. Éric, and I search for Eric, they will either not show up in the search result or at the end of the list, after having clicked on [Show more].

Accented characters should be considered as equal weight as their non-accented counterpart for search and sorting algorithms.

Because of this, I always end up searching for both Eric and Éric separately as I never know if a user has put an accented character or not in his name.
