Space Management Dashboard

We need a way for administrators and helpdesk staff to easier manage spaces. Example task a helpdesk technician needs to perform on a daily basis

adding/remove people from spaces or teams

delete spaces

cleaning up stale spaces

changing or removing moderators

Today these actions require API interaction to perform, which is time consuming and not at the typical skill set of the individuals assigned to perform these tasks.

For example the Compliance Admin is the only one that can remove and add moderators. Compliance personal have no interest in learning how to navigate our platform with an API toolkit. Furthermore, a compliance admin has permissions that are above and beyond what is needed for a task as mundane as moderation changes.

In the current state, a helpdesk technicanci would need complaince access, creating an elevated permissions issue with rights to delete legal holds and read content not intended for them.

I have two customers who have had to do this compliance process. We need easier mechanics in app to manage the spaces.

Based on current priorities and Webex brand guidelines we don't have a plan to deliver this in the next 24 months. However, if it can be tied to a specific deal and dollar amount please send details to Brian Callinan. A business case like this could help with priorities

Yes to this! This is probably the most important need on this entire forum. Our Webex App implementation is two months and it is already a mess. A sprawl of Teams and spaces and chats. It is now just another messy channel that I have to keep up with. Webex\Cisco should make it super easy to keep it clean (and in compliance).
