It should be possible to do a preview of the camera view on a Webex Device that is not registered.
When installing new Webex devices at new locations the network is not always ready and thus the devices cannot be registered at the same time. Nevertheless, making sure that the camera view is correct is required at install time, thus forcing us to resort to different temp solutions like hotspots etc. which is not optimal. The device should simply allow for an audio and video test without any connection.
