Please make possible scheduling on behalf

Please make possible scheduling on behalf without having co-host rights.

When a user schedules on behalf it is not possible to avoid giving him co-host rights. This user will be host until the original host joins, this is turning the scheduling user into co-host. My customer would like to make possible the user turning into a regular attendee instead of co-host.
