Update Schedule for Desk Phones and WebEx Mobile app

The frequency of updates being pushed to Desk Phones and WebEx mobile app tend to create a large number of issues after each update. It would be nice if we had the option to control the Frequency, Channel, and Time that these updates went out so it would not only allow more time for bugs to be worked out, but also give support staff time to prepare for the influx of tickets updates create.
