User want to be able to check the recording

User want to be able to check the recording viewing and download history from users inside and outside the organization on ControlHub.

1. Please add a function so that user can check the viewing / downloading history of recordings from ControlHub.
2. Also, user would like to check the viewing /download history of users outside the organization from ControlHub.
