When the Telepresence device is WebEx registered and proximity is enabled; it will receive tokens from WebEx and send out the same tokens using ultrasound signal which is accepted by nearby WebEx app; and thats how they get paired to video endpoints. As the token takes time to expire; even though users left the room, they stay connected to the device. Before the token could expire, they join some call and apparently, token doesn't expire and devices stay paired which puts the whole system to behave in an unexpected manner. Hence, the ask is to reduce the expiry time of tokens.

Condition:

Telepresence devices are webex registered.

Proximity is enabled.

Users join a call using device before tokens could expire.

Workaround:

Users to wait for the token to expire hence breaking the pairing before they join any call from WebEx app.
